[BALTIMORE, Md., April 3, 2024] – Hartman Executive Advisors has earned a spot as an honoree in the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2024 Best Places to Work awards, a prestigious recognition presented by the publication itself.

This year’s Best Places to Work awards program by the Baltimore Business Journal is celebrating 50 outstanding companies categorized by size — micro, small, medium, and large — determined by the number of employees. These finalists stood out with the highest scores from a confidential survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, the BBJ’s research partner for the Best Places to Work.

To qualify, companies must employ at least 10 individuals and be located in Baltimore City or the surrounding counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Harford, or Howard. Companies that have secured the top spot in their category for three consecutive years are not eligible for the 2024 awards. Instead, they will be honored in the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame and can re-enter the nominations after a two-year hiatus.
