The National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), representing 33,000 home care and hospice organizations, faced operational disruptions due to aging technology and on-premise systems that hindered remote work. With an outdated Association Management System (AMS) nearing end-of-life and a small IT team focused on maintenance rather than strategy, NAHC turned to Hartman Executive Advisors. Hartman led a comprehensive IT overhaul, including cloud migration, AMS and Learning Management System selection and implementation, and IT governance improvements. As a result, NAHC achieved cost savings, enhanced cybersecurity, and successfully transitioned to a fully remote workforce while strengthening its IT leadership for future growth.
